Scope: Floor Technologies poured up to 3 inches of cellular concrete to level the floor to keep the weight being applied to the old subfloor down, followed by the installation of sound mat to enhance sound mitigation. Over the sound mat, Maxxon® MR was applied for reinforcement before pouring up to 1-1/2 inches of Maxxon® Gyp-Crete® 2000 Multifamily flooring.

Scope: Floor Technologies installed Maxxon® Unglued, Maxxon® Unset and filled in gaps and cracks with Maxxon Quikfill. Then they installed Maxxon® Isolate followed by Maxxon® Level-Crete.

Scope: Floor Technologies had the opportunity to apply Maxxon® Commercial Pro VersaTop™ in Lutsen, MN. This new product allows your floors to have an exposed aggregate look with the durability of at least 5,000 PSI.
